John Waskey
John is a New Sky Productions founder and is consumed by the drive to tell other peoples stories. “It is my belief that storytelling is one of the most important human characteristics we can share with each other. It brings us closer to each other and helps us understand the world around us. I feel honored everyday for the opportunity to visually express these stories.” He is a Visual Journalist based in Portland, Or., and primarily focuses on the production of international social documentaries. John has worked on projects in The United States, Peru, Turkey, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Mongolia and Afghanistan.
